Pezani acts as an intermediary between users and listed businesses. It does not own, operate, or control the businesses listed on the Platform.
2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register, list, or make transactions on the Platform.

Businesses must be legally registered or operating within Zambia or the regions supported by Pezani.
3. Account Registration
For Guests/Users:

You may browse listings without creating an account.

Certain actions (e.g., bookings, reviews) may require you to create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
For Business Owners:

You must provide accurate business information (name, contact details, location, services, and pricing).

Misrepresentation or false information may lead to suspension or removal.

You are responsible for managing your own business listing, including updates and customer responses.
4. Platform Fees
For Guests/Users:

Access to Pezani is generally free, except where specific premium services or tickets apply.
For Business Owners:

A one-time registration fee of K500 applies for listing your business.

A monthly maintenance fee of K150 applies to keep your listing active.

Optional promotions or featured placements may incur additional charges.
All payments are made securely through approved payment channels.
5. What Pezani Does for Businesses
Pezani is designed to:

Help businesses reach more customers through digital visibility.

Allow bookings and inquiries directly from the platform.

Provide analytics and insights into customer interactions.

Support local growth through community-based advertising and campaigns.

Handle promotional efforts, advertisements, and awareness campaigns to drive users to the platform.
Pezani’s goal is to make finding, connecting, and transacting with businesses easier for everyone.
6. Bookings, Transactions, and Tickets

Pezani facilitates bookings and issues virtual tickets where applicable.

Each business sets its own policies regarding cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling.

Pezani is not responsible for the delivery, quality, or fulfillment of any service booked via the platform.

Users must confirm details directly with the business before making payments or attending a booked service.
7. Reviews and Feedback

Users may leave reviews and ratings based on genuine experiences.

Pezani reserves the right to remove reviews that are false, abusive, or violate community guidelines.

Businesses may not manipulate reviews through incentives or fake submissions.
8. Intellectual Property

All Pezani branding, content, and technology are the property of Pezani.

Businesses retain ownership of their own logos, images, and descriptions but grant Pezani a license to display and promote them.

Users may not copy, distribute, or reproduce Pezani’s content without permission.
9. Liability Disclaimer

Pezani acts only as a digital intermediary and does not control or guarantee the accuracy, safety, or performance of any business listed.

Pezani shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or disputes arising from use of the Platform.

Businesses are solely responsible for fulfilling services and handling customer issues.
10. Account Suspension or Termination
Pezani reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user or business account if:

Misuse, fraud, or illegal activity is suspected.

Fees remain unpaid after reminders.
-
Content posted violates these Terms or public decency.
11. Privacy
Your data is protected under Pezani’s Privacy Policy.
By using the Platform, you consent to Pezani collecting and processing information as described there.
12. Changes to the Terms
Pezani may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will always be posted on our platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the Zambian courts.
